Item Transport Introduction

This mod requires QDC Quantum Dis-Assembly Craft Mod to work.

This Mod provides several nodes to allow item transport betveen blocks with inventories, such as furnaces and chests.

Each item transport Network must have a controller, which connects to the transfer nodes on the back side of the node, this does not incluse Item Placers and Item Extractors.

The Controller node needs to supplied with a redstone source such as a lever.

Item Placers and Item Extractors need to be placed in front of the node, the opposite needs to be facing a block with an inventory.

Not all "output" sides of the nodes need to be connected to something, items will not fall out.

Right click with no items in hand to rotate the nodes.

A small amount of Nature Particles are used as fuel, 0.1 particles are used for each item transfered.

Transport Controller

One Controller is required for each network of nodes, placers and extractors.

The Controller requires a redstone signal to operate.

Item Extractor

The Item Extractor is part of the network that extracts items from blocks with inventories.

Items are only extracted if there is a valid placer on the network.

Item Placer

The Item Placer is used to insert the items extracted into an inventory attatched to a block.

Right clicking the placer open an interface which allows the user to set a filter to what items can be placed by that placer.

Extender Node

There is a limit of 20 blocks distance for each node to connect. To make the network reach further Exterder Nodes can be used to increase the distance.

Corner Node

This node rotates the output by 90 degrees.

  • Redstone x1
  • Iron Ingot x1

Split Corner Node

This node has 2 outputs,the two outputs are rotated like the Corner Node, and 90 degree difference between the outputs.

Split Extender Node

This node also has 2 outputs, 1 keeps going straight, and the other is rotated 90 degrees.

Split Side Node

This node also has 2 outputs, one of the outputs is rotated 90 degrees, and the other output is rotated 270 degrees.

Player Transport Introduction

This part of the mod allows the player to teleport from one Player Transporter block to a Player transport Platform block some distance in front of it.

Also this mod allows the player to hover when using the AntiGravity Wand.



AntiGravity Wand

This node also has 2 outputs, one of the outputs is rotated 90 degrees, and the other output is rotated 270 degrees.

Player Transporter

This block allows the player to be teleported to a Player Transport Platform found in in the direction the block's Arrow is pointing.

Placing this block from different directions changes the direction the arrow is pointing to.

Simply right click on this block and you will be teleported, provided there is a platform block and you have enough Nature Particles.

Each teleportation consumes 10 Nature Particles.

Player Transport Platform

This block is used to determine where the player will be teleported when interacting with a Player Transporter Block.

If the arrow is facing, North, South, West or east; this block needs to be placed a block lower than the Player Transporter Block.

If the arrow is facing up or down, this block needs to be below it or above it accordingly.
